Why? Director, Michael Sincek likes to give kids the opportunity to see if Construction is the right career path for them. He particularly enjoys discovering those students that have real passion and enthusiasm. One such student will be offered an apprenticeship on completion of his HSC this year.

 

Michael has a message for those businesses that aren’t yet a part of the MWLP program. He says “Get involved. It opens your eyes to the fact that there are some really good kids out there who might need the chance to get a head start. It also benefits the company as you get to see these potential employees before they hit the market.”
