Young People
Introduction
MWLP believes in young people and encourages you to be the best person you can possibly be! Set high expectations of yourself and of those around you – by doing so, you will gain respect from both adults and young people alike.
We believe that young people have original and creative ideas that have the potential to make the world a better place. We encourage you to follow your dreams – and to dare to be different. Find ways to learn and explore opportunities and possibilities now – because this will shape the ideas that you have about your future.
We hope that you will take the time to explore our website. It has news and stories about other successful young people from the Macarthur that we hope will inspire and encourage you. We also have information that we think will benefit you, and have plans for young people to further develop our website so that it remains useful and relevant for you. Enjoy!

Testimonials
“As part of my Business Services subject for the HSC, I had the opportunity to do workplace learning through MWLP. I was really nervous to start off with, but I had such an amazing experience.
The confidence I gained that week gave me the confidence to get my job at MG My Gateway and I really love it.”
Emma Milton from St. Patrick’s College.
“In my senior years at school I did workplace learning with Peter Worthington from Camden. It was a hands-on experience and I quickly discovered that the building game was for me. I was lucky because Peter offered me an apprenticeship as a carpenter. I’d like to thank MWLP for making this possible.”
Ben Healy from Broughton Anglican College.
