NRMA Campbelltown is an Australian owned insurance company that has been helping the local community for over 90 years. They have been located at Macarthur Square for over eight years and have a staggering 300 years combined experience between the staff.
This Australian icon is proud of its excellent customer service and this is what they endeavour to teach to HSC students who are studying Business Services as part of their Higher School Certificate when they attend their branch to undertake work placement.
Rebecca Kerin, Manager, says
“We support HSC students as it is one of the ways we can give back to our community and help young people experience an office and customer service environment and assist them to become work ready.”
Rebecca encourages other businesses to join the MWLP – Linking Youth program. “Being a host employer is a very rewarding way to help our local young people grow personally and become job ready. The MWLP team makes it a very easy process for your business and you are able to pick the weeks that work best for you and offer as many or as few weeks as you are able,” adds Rebecca.
As this month’s outstanding winner, NRMA Campbelltown will receive profiling in the Campbelltown, Camden and Wollondilly editions of the Macarthur Chronicle, one month’s free advertising on C91.3FM, exposure on www.mwlp.com.au and thanks to United Cinemas Narellan, Grand Seating movie tickets.
