Work Placement Information: All Hands Brewing House

Attendance Details
10.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observing and assisting chef and kitchen staff with day to day activities in the kitchen including: meat and vegetable preparation. Manual handling: food storage, stock rotation and cleaning work areas including floors and work benches.
Dress Requirements
Full chef’s uniform, closed in non slip shoes. Student to bring own tool kit with them.
