Work Placement Information: Amora Sydney Hotel*

Attendance Details
8.00am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement  to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe and assist staff with the day to day activities including restaurant set up, table service, taking orders, clearing tables, polishing cutlery & glassware, general cleaning duties which may include using the dishwasher.
Dress Requirements
Neat & Tidy attire. Black pants (no jeans) & plain white polo t-shirt. Closed in non slip shoes. No facial piercings, jewellery, fake nails and hair must be tied back
