Work Placement Information: Brunch Cafe and Grill

7.00am – 3.00pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the FRIDAY of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.

Observe and assist staff with the day to day activities of the business including preparation of food including salads, burgers and pastas, stock rotation, plating of food, cutting of meat & vegetables and general cleaning duties including dishwashing.

Neat & tidy appearance. Plain black jeans and black polo shirt. Closed in non slip black shoes.
