7.30am – 3.00pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST text before phoning host on given number on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Observe and assist staff with the day to day activities of the business including meal preparation, customer service, preparation of food and plating, assisting chef with cutting of vegetables and general cleaning duties.
