Work Placement Information: City Extra Restaurant Circular Quay

Attendance Details
7.00am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observing and assisting chef and kitchen staff with the day to day duties in the kitchen including: meat and vegetable preparation. Manual handling: food storage, stock rotation and cleaning work areas including floors and work benches etc.
Dress Requirements
Chef pants, black t-shirt (or chef jacket) and hat, black enclosed non-slip shoes/ boots (school shoes ok).
