Work Placement Information: Club Burwood RSL

Attendance Details
9.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe and assist chef with commercial cookery duties including, function preparation, food storage, observing chef & staff, cutting & washing vegetables, working in food prep areas packing, handling and cleaning work areas.
Dress Requirements
Full chefs uniform, black closed in non slip leather shoes.
