Work Placement Information: Crème Della Crème Café*

Attendance Details
8.00am – 3.30pm Tuesday to Saturday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe and assist staff with the day to day activities of the business including restaurant set and clearing, polishing cutlery, glassware, customer service, meal delivery and various cleaning duties.
Dress Requirements
Black pants and black t-shirt. Enclosed shoes (joggers are acceptable). Minimal jewellery, NO FACIAL PIERCINGS, hair must be tied back. Students must have a neat & tidy appearance at all times.
Additional Notes
Student must be prepared to work hard and be well presented. If student is running late for placement or can’t attend, the student must ring host out of courtesy.
