Work Placement Information: Enzo’s Cucina – Macarthur Square

10.30am – 6.00pm Tuesday to Saturday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.

Observe and assist staff with the day to day activities of the business including meat, vegetable & salad preparation, pasta and pizza preparation, plating, stock rotation and general cleaning duties.

Full chefs uniform. Closed in non slip safety shoes.
