Work Placement Information: Golden Lotus

11.00am – 6.30pm Tuesday to Saturday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in this placement being cancelled.

Observe and assist staff with the day to day activities of the business including meat & vegetable preparation, stock rotation & stock movement, preparing food and general cleaning duties.

Full Chef’s uniform. Closed in non slip kitchen safe shoes.
