Work Placement Information: Greenhaven Garden Centre

 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.

Observe and assist staff with constructing plant beds, carrying assorted nursery items, assisting customers with loading cars/vans & passing tools to tradesmen.

Hi-vis shirt & sturdy work wear. Steel capped boots. Students must bring own lunch/drinks.

STUDENT MUST HAVE WHS WHITE CARD ON THEM AT ALL TIMES DURING WORK PLACEMENT. Students may be required to travel with staff.
