7.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Hours may vary. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday and again on the Friday of the week prior to the placement to confirm current site address – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled. This placement would be best suited to males as there is no accessibility to female bathroom facilities.
Observe and assist tradesmen with the day to day activities of the business including material moving, assisting with passing tools, assisting with marking/setting out jobs and general site cleaning duties.
STUDENT MUST HAVE WHS WHITE CARD ON THEM AT ALL TIMES DURING WORK PLACEMENT. Student may travel with staff to various sites. Transport Hint: Beecroft site is located a 5 minute walk from Beecroft Train Station.
