10.00am – 7.00pm Tuesday to Friday then 5.00pm – 9.00pm Saturday. One hour lunch break Tuesday to Friday. Student MUST phone host on the Tuesday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Observe and assist staff with the day to day activities of the business including serving meals and drinks, polishing and drying cutlery and glassware, folding napkins, setting and clearing of tables, customer service and general cleaning duties.
