Work Placement Information: Malt Barrel Char & Bar – Club Rivers

Attendance Details
10.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Wednesday and 10.00am – 7.00pm Thursday to Friday.  Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe and assist Chef and kitchen staff with meat & vegetable preparation. Manual handling: food storage, stock rotation and cleaning work areas including floors and work benches.
Dress Requirements
Chef’s uniform, closed in non slip shoes & hair tied back. Student to bring own tool kit.
