Work Placement Information: Menangle Country Club*

Attendance Details
9.00am – 5.00pm Tuesday-Friday and 2.30pm – 7.30pm Saturday. Students will be working at Menangle Country Club & Menangle Trackside. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe and assist staff with meat and vegetable mise en place, dessert and salad preparation, stock movement and general cleaning duties.
Dress Requirements
Black pants and black polo shirt. Black closed in non slip shoes.
Additional Notes
All students MUST complete the COVID-19 Infection Control training prior to the placement. Students must provide evidence (certificate) to show they have completed this.
