Work Placement Information: Milky Lane – Gregory Hills

10.30am – 6.00pm Tuesday to Saturday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.

Observe and assist staff with food preparation, food storage, labelling, stock rotation, service & various cleaning duties.

Full Chefs uniform or all black jeans, plain black t-shirt and apron. Closed in non slip safety shoes.
