8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in this placement being cancelled. Students will be required to provide proof of double vaccination status whilst on placement.
Observe and assist staff with the day to day activities of the business including meat, vegetable and fruit preparation, plating of food including desserts, serving and clearing tables, polishing cutlery and other cleaning duties.
