8.00am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm & arrange a pre-placement interview – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Observe and assist staff with the day to day activities for the business including greeting and serving customers, clearing and setting of tables, serving of food & beverages, polishing cutlery and general cleaning duties.
Hair in a neat bun. Pressed & tidy collared plain white shirt and black pants. Closed in black leather rubber sole shoes. Restaurant will supply bow tie and badge – in training. No tracksuit pants, leggings or jeans.
