11.00am – 6.30pm Tuesday to Saturday. Half hour meal break. Hours may vary. Student MUST phone host on the Tuesday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Observe and assist kitchen staff with the day to day activities including set up, meal delivery, customer service, table clearance, cleaning duties including use of dishwasher & floor cleaning etc, and some other kitchen duties.
