Work Placement Information: Precedent Productions

Attendance Details
9.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone Host on the Monday of the week prior to placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in this placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Opening envelopes and sorting votes, phone contact with businesses to confirm details, input into database, preparation of folders for post, assist with admin of club, general office cleaning & maintenance. Student will have the option of attending on the awards night if they wish. If so tasks on the evening would include: Meet & greet, shadow production manager (light/sound), assist with set up, general assist. This placement would be ideal for students who have an interest in Events Management.
Dress Requirements
Smart casual attire, closed in footwear. Neat and tidy jeans are acceptable (no rips or tears).
