Work Placement Information: Primi Italian*

Attendance Details
11.00am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled. Student MUST also phone Goran when they arrive at the premises as they will need to be escorted through the club to the restaurant.
Student Duties
Observe and assist staff with customer service, table setting & clearing, stock rotation & movement, polishing cutlery & glassware, labelling & storage, cleaning and washing duties.
Dress Requirements
Plain black polo shirt & black pants. Closed in non slip black shoes. Apron will supplied. No tracksuit pants, ripped jeans, crop tops or thongs.
Additional Notes
