11.00am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled. Student MUST also phone Goran when they arrive at the premises as they will need to be escorted through the club to the restaurant.
Observe and assist staff with the day to day activities in the kitchen including, meat & vegetable preparation, manual handling, food storage, stock rotation, maintain & cleaning of work areas including the floors and work benches.
