10.30am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Half hour meal break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm and a uniform can be organised – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Observe and assist staff with the day to day activities of the business including restaurant set up, restaurant clearing, customer service, taking orders, stock rotation & movement, cleaning, washing and polishing cutlery.
