Work Placement Information: Revesby Workers Club

Attendance Details
9.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe & assist chef and kitchen staff with the day to day duties in the kitchen including, meat & vegetable food preparation, stock rotation, food storage, serving food & cleaning work areas.
Dress Requirements
General kitchen hand attire, black pants, white top, black enclosed leather shoes, apron, tool box.
