Work Placement Information: RNB Plumbing Pty Ltd

9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm current site address and to arrange local pick up from nearest train station near job site. Students to ensure they also call back on the Friday of the week prior to confirm. Students MUST also complete an online induction that must be completed prior to the placement. As such students will need to contact host to provide email address. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in the placement being cancelled.

Observe and assist tradesmen in the plumbing industry with digging trenches, laying pipes, retrieving tools as required, cutting and measuring of pipes and clearing blockages/drains.

Long sleeve hi-vis shirt and long workwear pants. Steel capped boots.

STUDENT MUST HAVE WHS WHITE CARD ON THEM AT ALL TIMES DURING WORK PLACEMENT. Students may be required to travel with staff to various sites.
