Work Placement Information: Royal Hotel Camden

Attendance Details
10.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST EMAIL the host at chris.v.mcgrath@gmail.com on the Monday of the week prior to placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe and assist Chef & staff with food preparation for the days trade, stock rotation, service to assist in delivery of food for tables and general cleaning duties.
Dress Requirements
Full chef’s uniform, closed in non slip black leather shoes. Limited facial jewellery. Students to bring own tool kit.
Additional Notes
The student MUST email Chris at chris.v.mcgrath@gmail.com prior to the placement to confirm. Transport hint: Bus stop at door.
