Work Placement Information: Salt, Meats Cheese – Circular Quay

Attendance Details
10.00am – 5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe & assist staff/Chef with food prep, meat & vegetable prep, salad prep, food storage, cutting/ washing vegetables and general cleaning duties.
Dress Requirements
Full Chefs uniform including hat & apron. Closed in non slip shoes.
