Work Placement Information: Salt, Meats Cheese – Drummoyne

Attendance Details
8.30am – 4.00pm Tuesday to Saturday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe and assist staff/Chef with food prep, meat & vegetable prep, salad prep, food storage, cutting/ washing vegetables and general cleaning duties.
Dress Requirements
Full Chef’s uniform  including hat and apron. Close in non slip black shoes.
