9.00am – 3.30pm Monday, 8.00am – 3.30pm Tuesday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host employer on the Monday of the week prior to placement to confirm (ask for Carlos) – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled. This placement would be suited to a student interested in a career in Hospitality.
Observe and assist staff with the day to day front of house activities including cleaning, resetting, replace menus, topping buffets, tray clearing, other duties including assisting staff replenish areas while maintaining customer service standards.
