Work Placement Information: SWSLHD District Workforce Support Unit

Attendance Details
8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe and assist staff with filing, copying, archiving, data entry and data researches.
Dress Requirements
Smart casual business attire. Closed in shoes. Students must bring their own lunch and drinks.
Additional Notes
Student MUST email signed visitor/personal details form prior to the placement to Location Hint: Use the main entrance for Hospital, walk down long corridor and find Lift D. When in lift go to Level 1 and head in the same direction down corridor, across footbridge, over the train line and take the lift to Level 2. Exit through the carpark at the left end through gate and follow to round about, where the district office is on the right hand side – there will be a sign on the building. Go to Level 1 and ask for District HR. Please see map
