Work Placement Information: The ARThouse

Attendance Details
8.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host 2 weeks prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe and assist staff with food preparation, cutting of meat and vegetables, stock rotation, dish washing and general cleaning duties.
Dress Requirements
Chefs uniform. Closed in non slip shoes. Long hair to be tied back. No piercings, jewellery or long nails.
