10.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Full chefs uniform, closed in non slip leather shoes/safety boots. Long hair to be tied back (hair net will be provided), no jewellery to be worn and no fake/long nails. Student to bring own tool kit if possible.
