Work Placement Information: Titanic Restaurant

Attendance Details
1.00 – 8.30pm Tuesday to Saturday. Half hour lunch break. Student MUST phone the host on the Monday of the week prior to the placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in the placement being cancelled.
Student Duties
Observe & assist staff in with food preparation, stock management and control, meat & vegetable cutting and general cleaning duties.
Dress Requirements
Chef’s uniform including apron & hat. Closed in non slip black shoes. Hair must be tied back. No long/fake nails or jewellery.
