Student One: 11.30am – 7.30pm Monday & Tuesday, 9.00am – 4.30pm Wednesday to Friday.
Student Two: 9.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Wednesday, 11.30am – 7.30pm Thursday & Friday.
Student MUST phone host on the Monday of the week prior to placement to confirm – failure to do so may result in this placement being cancelled.
Full Chef’s uniform must be worn including hair net & hat, protective footwear ie steel capped boots. Students are asked to NOT wear their chef’s uniform to and from placement – please change into uniform at work. Students MUST bring their own toolbox to work placement.
